Return Policy Studio Alegria

We hope you're completely happy with your Studio Alegria bikini! However, if you'd like a different size or style, you can exchange your order for free. If you prefer to return the product, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it, with a fixed return fee of €4.25.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are free and possible within 14 days.
• Send us an email at info@studioalegria.eu with your order number and desired size/style.
• We will send you a free return label and ensure the correct bikini is sent to you as soon as possible.

Returns

• Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt.
• The return fee is €4.25, which will be deducted from your refund.
• The bikini must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with the hygiene strip intact.
• Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount (minus €4.25) to your account.

How to Return a Product

1. Send an email to info@studioalegria.eu with your order number and return request.

2. You will receive a return label from us.

3. Carefully pack the bikini in the original packaging and attach the return label to the package.

4. Drop off the package at a shipping point of your choice.

5. Once we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation.
