Shipping Information

At Studio Alegria, we make sure your order reaches you as quickly as possible! We know you’re excited to receive your new bikini, and we aim to make shipping as simple as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping options.

Shipping Times
Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days after payment.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, along with a tracking number so you can follow the progress.

Shipping Costs
Shipping for orders within the Netherlands is €4.25.
Orders over €80 are shipped for free.

Shipping Methods
We ship with PostNL. Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days.
Currently, we only offer shipping within the Netherlands.
We hope to expand to other countries soon, so international customers can enjoy our bikinis!

My Order is Delayed, What Should I Do?
Occasionally, deliveries may take longer due to factors beyond our control, such as busy seasons or delays with the carrier. We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 8 business days, please contact us at info@studioalegria.eu, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.

Can I Pick Up My Order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer pick-up options at this time. All orders are shipped by post.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.
If you haven’t received a tracking number, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Issues with My Delivery
If you encounter an issue with your delivery, such as a lost package or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@studioalegria.eu. We’ll do our best to help and find a solution.
