Studio Alegria Return Policy

We hope you’re completely happy with your Studio Alegria bikini! If you'd like to exchange it for a different size or style, you can do so free of charge. Prefer to return the product? You can return it within 14 days of receipt, and we charge a fixed return fee of €4.25.

Exchanges

Exchanges are free and available within 14 days. Email us at info@studioalegria.eu with your order number and the desired size/style. We’ll send you a free return label and ensure the correct bikini is on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Returns

Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt. The return fee is €4.25, which will be deducted from your refund. The bikini must be unworn, unwashed, and include the hygiene strip. We can not accept any returns that show signs of wearing. Once we’ve received and accepted your return, we’ll refund the purchase amount (minus €4.25) back to your account.

How to return a product?

• Email info@studioalegria.eu with your order number and return request.
• You will receive a return label from us.
• Carefully pack the bikini in its original packaging and attach the return label to the package.
• Drop off the package at a shipping point of your choice.
• Once we’ve processed your return, you will receive a confirmation.
